Forelettronica srl BC Battery Controller allows the use of the following payment methods: 

• Credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
• Bank transfer (Italy only) 
• Paypal

P.SThe receipt is included in the shipping package and, for practical reasons regarding the warranty service, the customer is advised to take a photo/scan, as this is necessary for the completion of the warranty service.

Shipping: possible destinations

National, international and domestic shipments are available. in Switzerland (in the latter case, after checking out on the website, it is possible to monitor shipping costs, including customs clearance).  

                                                               

Below are the features of the BC Battery Controller shipping and delivery service:

• Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight and destination address.
• Couriers do not deliver by appointment (we recommend providing an address where you can be sure of availability, such as a shop or bar).
• Widespread delivery network (offered by our partner TNT/GLS/BRT/DPD)
• Fast delivery (delivered by express courier within 24/48 hours of receiving the order for domestic shipments, within 72 hours for international shipments) 
• Customers can track and monitor their orders (by receiving the tracking number and link via email and SMS by the end of the working day during which the order was processed)

• Delivery to street level 
• If the courier cannot reach the customer, they usually leave a notification and try again the following day. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the shipment will be held in storage.                                                    

Electronic invoicing: 

We inform our online store customers that, if requested at the time of ordering, the electronic invoice will be issued within 5 days from the date of purchase..

 

Return of goods*

You can return your item free of charge within 30 days with our courier. The return package will be collected by BC Battery Controller, and the value of the item will be refunded. 

*Excluding Switzerland.
